Meditation has increasingly become part of my life and daily practice and I really value it. It has so many benefits for physical and mental health, reducing stress and anxiety, improving concentration, helping us to be kinder to ourselves  and to  stand back a little from what’s going on around us. Many of our daily thoughts can be negative, judgemental and undermine our self-confidence and how we feel;  group meditation is a positive, uplifting, enjoyable and supportive experience. In these current challenging times when it is all too easy to let our thoughts take over, making us feel fearful and worried, meditation is incredibly important.

Meditation can be done seated on the floor, in a chair or lying.

Cost: £68 for 4 week course (4 x 90 minute classes)
