Monthly Meditation Evenings & Introduction to Meditation 4 week course

Meditation has many benefits for physical and mental health, reducing stress and anxiety, improving concentration, helping us cope better, be kinder to ourselves  and to  stand back and see another person’s point of view. Many of our daily thoughts can be negative, judgemental and undermine our self-confidence and how we feel;  group meditation is a positive, uplifting, enjoyable and supportive experience. It can be very reassuring in times of stress and worry.
