Location and parking Castle Hill Community Centre: Good sized parking. Yoga is held in the HALL. Access is through main entrance at front of building.
Covid 19 Health and safety:
One way system in operation. Please enter front/main entrance of building, sanitise handsand sign in at reception and follow signs to community hall
Please wear a face covering as you enter the building and come through and settle.
Please bring your own mat and blanket etc
Cleaning and disinfecting of room including floor is done before every class.
At the end of the class leave through the door at the back of the hall into car park and sanitise hands on way out.
Please don’t come to class if you or a member of your household are displaying any symptoms of covid 19 or if you are required to self isolate.
Classes include yoga exercises/postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation. There is plenty of variety to help maintain interest and develop yoga gradually. This is not a one-size fits all sort of class. I can give suggestions for modifications where needed.
What to bring/wear:
Clothes for ease of movement e.g leggings, joggers, t shirt and warm top Non slip mat and blanket or warm clothing for the final relaxation. Yoga is traditionally done barefoot.
