Thursday evening Yoga at Castle Hill Community Centre, Ipswich

Thursday evenings  6.10 to 7.25pm and 7.55 to 9.10pm (Both are general classes for all abilities)

DATES:  Weekly classes re-starting from Thursday July 30th 2020 in small groups for social distancing. Booking essential please to guarantee smaller numbers. No yoga Thursday August 27th 

Location and parking: Good sized parking. Yoga is held in the HALL.  Access is  through the main entrance at front of building. 

Covid 19 Health and safety: 

Please enter front/main entrance of building, sanitise hands at reception and  follow signs to community hall

Face coverings are optional as we practise yoga 2 meters apart, but it’s recommended to wear one as you enter the building and come through and settle.

Markings on floor indicate 2 meters and groups will be kept small.

Please bring your own mat and blanket etc No sharing of equipment.

Please bring pen to complete form with contact details at start of class

Cleaning and disinfecting of room including floor will be done before and after every class.

At the end of the class leave through the door at the back of the hall one at a time into car park and sanitise hands on the way out, but I’ll guide you.

Windows and door kept open for good ventilation.

Please don’t come to class if you or a member of your household are displaying any symptoms of covid 19 or have come back from any country where you are required to quarantine.

Classes include yoga exercises/postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation.   There is plenty of variety allowing people to stay interested and develop their practice gradually. This is not a one-size fits all sort of class. I can give suggestions for modifications where needed.

What to bring/wear:

Please wear comfortable clothes for stretching in yoga asanas and bring a non slip mat and blanket or warm clothing for the final relaxation.   Yoga is traditionally done without shoes.

Cost /Payment:

£57 for a block of  6 X 75 minute classes. Individual /drop in sessions available if space allows. Payment preferably by BACS.
