Yoga postures and movement, breath awareness, relaxation & meditation. Suitable for anyone who would like a mindful, physical practice, including beginners as well as more experienced yoga practitioners, and who welcomes the chance to gradually and safely develop yoga with the benefit of clear instructions and thoughtful suggestions and modifications when required.
Monday afternoons 2.00-3.20pm
Please bring a mat and blanket for the relaxation.
Cost/Payment: £60 for a 6 week block. Individual/’drop in’ sessions available by request Payment can be by BACS, cheque or cash.
