‘For the last 4 months I have been attending Caroline’s Yoga  class at Westerfield Village Hall. The yoga is gentle and thorough, focusing on correct and symmetrical alignment of the body. I have found an incredible difference now on how discomfort free my body is on waking in the mornings and how much more flexible and free from any discomfort I feel. I therefore thoroughly recommend Caroline Glason’s Yoga classes for health and happiness!’ Celia, Ipswich April 2019

“Your yoga sessions are always comforting, warming and relaxing.” KNT (January 2018)

“Doing yoga regularly has improved my physical and mental well-being more than I would have believed. Caroline treats us as individuals, the class is calm and happy without any pressure. I look forward to each class and benefit in so many ways.”  Antonia, November 2017

“Yoga at Westerfield is the best start to the day. The hall is bright and airy with parking. The class is relaxed, you absolutely work at your own pace and Caroline gives an extensive range of postures that can be as challenging (or not) as you like. Weekly yoga has kept my back injuries at bay, keeping me mobile, flexible and most importantly pain free. The mindful aspect of the practice is great for mental health. The class are a supportive, friendly bunch who are very welcoming.” Tracey
