Yoga Reviews:

“Just a quick e-mail to thank you for continuing with the audio sessions. They are very enjoyable and you deliver them very, very well indeed – not an easy thing to do I’m sure. With the lockdown I’m doing daily practice and having a ‘library’ of audios to reference is very helpful.” (RA ,June 2020)

“A wonderful practice for shoulders and upper backs. Caroline your meticulous attention to detail that creates such a brilliant awareness of connecting body and mind is enabling me to develop this. Your gentle questions and checks are incredibly helpful and encouraging to develop postures for the self. ”  (KNT, May 2020)

Many thanks for the yoga practice this morning via WhatsApp.  I found it really informative and helpful.  I feel that the practices you’ve sent us in the last few weeks have given me more insight into the art of yoga and what it’s all about – a much more holistic thing than just stretching exercises. (Sarah,Ipswich, April 2020)

Yoga has become part of my routine bringing peace and relaxation. The classes are friendly and enjoyable. I like the various options given and the variety in the practices Caroline offers. I can now sit cross- legged more easily and yoga helps with neck and shoulder tension.  Lucy, Woodbridge, October 2019

‘My flexibility, mobility and posture have all improved greatly and I am much more aware of my body.  I wish I had started yoga years ago.  Classes are well-paced, relaxed atmosphere, well explained and very enjoyable.  The time flies which is always a positive sign.’ Rod, Ipswich, July 2019

‘I attended yoga classes  for my headaches, migraines, posture and well being.  With greatly improved posture and well being I now attend yoga to maintain that, as well as for relaxation. Caroline is an incredibly enabling and inspiring yoga teacher allowing me to find the yoga that suits me, never pressuring me to do more – by encouraging not to overstretch it is certainly true to say ‘less is more’.  The teaching is of a very high quality, each session is extremely well prepared, with a high level of knowledge.’  Katy, Monks Soham, July 2019

‘I love Caroline’s classes and have been attending for several years. I feel like I have had a complete body massage after the class. My body is more flexible, toned and strong. I have learnt useful relaxation and breathing techniques.  Thank you!’  Helen, Ipswich,  July 2019

‘For the last 4 months I have been attending Caroline’s Yoga  class at Westerfield. The yoga is gentle and thorough, focusing on correct and symmetrical alignment of the body. I have found an incredible difference now on how discomfort free my body is on waking in the mornings and how much more flexible and free from aches and pains I feel. I thoroughly recommend Caroline Glason’s Yoga classes for health and happiness!’ Celia, Ipswich April 2019

“Doing yoga regularly has improved my physical and mental well-being more than I would have believed. Caroline treats us as individuals, the class is calm and happy without any pressure. I look forward to each class and benefit in so many ways.’  Antonia, November 2017
