Dates of Classes

Dates of classes:

Classes are usually weekly and on going except for occasional short breaks

Classes in person currently suspended until at least March 2021. 

Zoom classes for January & February 2021 as follows: 

  • Mondays 7.30-8.45pm:  Evening yoga to de-stress and unwind. Includes yoga poses and movement, restorative practices and relaxation (this is a more restorative class than Wednesday’s)
  • Tuesdays 10am -11.15am   A general morning class for people who already have experience of yoga
  • Wednesday 7pm – 8.15pm Yoga – general class for anyone with experience of yoga
  • Thursday 10am-11.15am  Yoga for all abilities-particularly suitable for beginners or anyone who prefers a gentler physical practice
  • Friday 8am to 8.50am Yoga to start the day-movement to energise and 20 minutes of pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation
  • Sunday January 31st 5pm – 6.15pm Yoga for a balanced body and mind: pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation
