Dates of classes:
Classes are usually weekly and on going except for occasional short breaks
Indoor classes and 121 in person resumed May 17th 2021.
- Mondays 7.30-8.50pm: Evening yoga to de-stress and unwind. Includes yoga poses and movement, restorative practices and relaxation (this is a more restorative class than Wednesday’s)
- Wednesday 7.30 -8.45pm Yoga -general class particularly suitable for people with some experience of yoga (from June 23rd 2021)
- Thursday 10am-11.15am Yoga for all abilities (9.15am to 10.30am from June 24th 2021)
